  • I’ve really enjoyed your classes at Thomas Crane this summer and I wanted to tell you that, beyond the actual yoga, I admire how you treat some of the folks that wander past our practice. You answer their questions earnestly and you invite them to join. Yesterday, when a woman who may have been experiencing mental health challenges came, she was made welcome and was kindly/gently redirected as needed. I think we all could learn from the compassion and dignity that you offer people, and I know that I will be using the techniques that you have modeled.

  • I have to share with you how much your yoga class at the TCPL has helped me. My 10 y/o struggles with anxiety, depression, and other problems. I have been so stressed out over problems with school, getting to and from therapy and appointments, and general worry that over the last year my physical health was also starting to decline. However, since I started coming to the library on Wednesdays I have not had a single panic episode. It has become my favorite part of the week. I feel myself growing stronger and calmer each time.
