Humble Beginnings

In 2020, inspired by the transformative power of a consistent yoga practice, Rhiannon, founder of Humble Roots Yoga, embarked on her journey by completing teacher training at Open Doors Yoga Studio. The following year, she joined forces with local libraries to bring free community yoga classes to Weymouth and Quincy, MA. Her offerings now span community, corporate, and studio spaces—each rooted in her passion for cultivating sustainable yoga practices, wellness, and connection.

Community Partners

Nourishing partnerships that grow from shared values and care

Grounded Approach

  • Community connection fuels Humble Roots Yoga - select classes are and always will be free.

Donations, while never expected, are graciously accepted. Whether it's eggs from a backyard coop or a heartfelt thank-you, energy exchange takes many forms, and we honor them all

  • Welcoming spaces for all bodies, abilities, and lived experiences.

  • Creates space without pressure, inviting students to reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe and empowering.

  • Intentional, breath-led, hatha/vinyasa classes that emphasize curiosity over perfection and presence over performance

  • Practices that nourish over the long term—rooted in rhythm, rest, and respect for our bodies and the world around us. At Humble Roots Yoga, wellness isn’t a quick fix or individual pursuit. It’s a steady return to what supports us—movement, breath, stillness, and connection. Because self-care, when grounded in intention, becomes collective care.

  • Yoga extends beyond the mat; it’s in how we listen, show up, rest, and relate — an embodied practice cultivates resilience, joy, and mindful living

  • Blends structure with flow - creating a grounded yet adaptable practice that leaves room for the unexpected, the playful, and the deeply personal.
