Paths to Practice

  • Community classes are offered in partnership with local organizations, designed to meet the unique needs of the people they serve.

    These classes may be open to the public or reserved as private sessions, depending on the organization’s preference.

  • I’m currently teaching weekly classes at Capella Yoga in Quincy and at the South Shore YMCA. Please see participating studios for details and registration.

  • Employee wellness programs offer a restorative pause in the day and aim to reduce stress, bringing ease to the body, clarity to the mind, and balance to the workplace.
