Yoga poses are broken down to their basic elements and taught at a slow moving pace to allow for gentle transitions between postures. Both gentle and challenging, this class is suitable for a wide range of body types, fitness levels, and ages. Beginner Basics will benefit new students as well as experienced students who seek to deepen their understanding of basic yoga poses. Strength Building / Increased Flexibility. Heat will be at about 80-85 degrees.
