Hi, my name is Rhiannon. I’m the founder of Humble Roots Yoga, a community initiative offering free and accessible yoga classes through local partnerships.
I’m currently available for community collaboration & private events.
Together we create space for connection, joy, and mindful living on and off the mat.
Rooted in Quincy, travels to teach. @humblerootsyoga
Humble Beginnings
I was introduced to yoga in my formative years, when my mother, a Kripalu-certified yogi, lovingly shared her practice with me both on and off the mat. From my father, I inherited a deep connection to all living things, along with the quick wit and sense of humor that keep me grounded in the beautiful, and sometimes messy, experience of life.
Grateful for the transformative power of a consistent yoga practice, I completed teacher training with Open Doors Yoga Studio and partnered with local libraries to expand access by offering free community classes in Weymouth and Quincy, MA.
Rooted In Advocacy
Throughout my service-oriented career, I’ve supported individuals navigating food insecurity, homelessness, trauma, and addiction. These experiences deeply shape my teaching and reflect my commitment to creating safe, and supportive spaces where people can heal, learn, and grow.
Growing In Community
Today, my offerings span community, corporate, and studio spaces, all rooted in my passion for inclusive yoga, sustainable wellness, and meaningful connection.
